Delivery process and functions. An excellent way to demonstrate
your need for a best practise such as ITIL is to compare your
current levels of service against the objectives described in the
ITIL goals. The more goals you are missing the more likely it is
that you need ITIL. Here we will break down the ITIL goals into
their elemental components and explain how you can identify
whether you are meeting those goals or not. All of the goals in
